Matthew 12:13-14 – Stretch Your Faith

Daily Devotional Bible Verses

Then He told the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out, and it was restored, as good as the other. But the Pharisees went out and plotted against Him, how they might destroy Him. (Matt 12:13-14 HCSB)

It’s impossible for God to do nothing about your impossibility.

To stay where you are or to go where you’re supposed to be is your choice.

It was the Sabbath. Could the man in whom Jesus was giving a command to ‘stretch out your hand’ get past tradition to find the truth about who Jesus was and what He came to do? He had those around him who desired to hold him back due to their dead traditions.

You must decide. Will you believe that your faith must be ‘stretched’, going beyond human reasoning or logic? If you have the faith to act upon His word, He has the power to perform it.

Stretch past your inabilities, insecurities and indifferences to be restored to your full usefulness.

It is time to ‘STRETCH’. Reach out to God today in Faith!
