Before the ascension of Jesus Christ into heaven he answered the question of his disciples telling them, “8. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come on you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
It was the desire of Jesus Christ that his disciples should go everywhere with the Good News and love of Christ to share with everyone. But somehow they all were so comfortable in their area. The same thing happens everywhere as the persecution breaks anywhere in the world the power of God is being manifested and signs and wonders take place and church grows rapidly. We could see this happened in the beginning of the book of Acts.
