And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for another and for all, as we do for you,
1 Thessalonians 3:12

How happy are you when you try a new recipe for the first time, and it turns out perfectly? When something works the way it was intended, we all experience a degree of satisfaction. But these feelings are a mere glimpse of the lasting joy we experience when we work the way God intended.

He made each of us with a plan. We were brought into this world not only to worship Him but to love others in ways described in the Bible.

“Do everything in love” –1 Corinthians 16:14

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” –1 Peter 4:8

“My command is this: love each other as I have loved you.” –John 15:12

When we strive to live like Jesus and love others as He loves us, we fulfill part of our Devine purpose and experience the most profound joy imaginable. And this joy overflows—impacting everyone around us so that they, too, can see firsthand the healing power of God’s endless love.

When we love like Jesus, we leave a legacy like no other.

You are loved, so today, show an act of love to someone who may not expect it or even deserve it.
